I do not think that LB will still 40-50 more. Personally, I would take a MotorGuide If you go to the brackish waters "/ saltwater" Environ. Minn Kota are ideal for all freshwater applications. In my humble opinion, MotorGuide run a little "stronger" than lb thrust Minn Kotas, (Example: A Minn Kota 40 is not as fast as the stores of MotorGuide 40.)
